Health coaching is a holistic approach to wellness that addresses, and strives to bring back into balance, the various areas of your lifestyle. Depending on your needs and on your goals, this could have a focus on your diet, fitness, sleep, and/or coping with stressors.
A health coach helps you to figure out where to start and to discover the “why” behind your desired health goal. As well as helping you to implement small, but long-lasting, changes, a health coach will also help you identify challenges and obstacles that are preventing change.
A health coach also provides:
Accountability: Knowing that you have to regularly check in with your health coach about your progress can give you the motivation to move forward
Encouragement: A health coach will empower you to take responsibility in creating the lifestyle you want
Support: The guidance and support you receive will help you come to your own conclusions about what works and what doesn’t

A confidential, face-to-face, phone or online session lasting up to one hour
A chance to get to know each other and what it would be like to work together
I ask you questions about your general health and well-being and listen to any concerns and challenges you are facing
I answer any questions you may have about Health Coaching
We discuss my Six-Month Programme and how I can help you achieve your goals
SIX-MONTH PROGRAMME
This includes:
Two, face-to-face, phone or online, one-hour sessions per month, for six months
Goal-setting and guidance towards sustainable change
Email support between sessions
Handouts specific to your needs and goals
Extras such as yoga/meditation classes, recipe ideas and more
